EXCHANGES & RETURNS ON ALL RINGS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to Exchange or Return your ring. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, if you receive a product with quality problems or are not satisfied with the product, please contact us and show proof of purchase, we will return or exchange for you (if you need)

PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee (30% order amount) on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.

EXCHANGE TIPS

1. Ring Too Large:

  • If you find that the ring slips off your finger when you shake your hand, it might be too large for you.
  • Before requesting an exchange, you can print a measurement paper or measure your finger's width and then find the appropriate ring size in the size chart (click here to view the size chart).
  • Please contact us afterward to arrange for an exchange.

2. Ring Too Small:

  • If you can wear the ring but your finger turns red or purple, it indicates that the ring might be too small. In this case, we recommend taking a deep breath and then trying to increase the size by half.
  • If you can't fit the ring over your knuckle at all, you can also use the measurement paper or finger width measurement to find your suitable ring size (click here to view the size chart) and then contact us to arrange for an exchange.

Whether the ring is too large or too small, we are here to provide exchange services to ensure that the ring size fits your finger comfortably. If you need any assistance or have questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

Exchange Steps

Step1

Mail to us at admin@thenordicwood.com, include your email, order number.

 

Step2

We will send the confirm mail to you. Then you should ship back the product to the address:

Room 9042, 9th Floor, Block B, Chung Mei Centre, 15-17 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.   postcode: 999077

The delivery fee of shipping back should be covered by you if the exchange is due to your reason.

 

Step3

When we received product, we will send the new product to you within 5 days, shipping will take approximately 8-28 business days with standard shipping method.

 

If the wrong or bad item was shipped due to our error, you do not need to return the original item. We will resend the correct item, with an estimated delivery time of 8-28 business days. All shipping costs will be covered by our store.

 

Return & Refund Steps

Step1

Step2

We will send you the confirm mail to you. Then you should ship back the product to the address:

 The delivery fee of shipping back should be covered by you if the return is due to your reasons. 

 If wrong or bad item was shipped due to our error, the delivery fee of shipping back will be covered by us.

 

Step3

When we received product, we will carry out a quality check within 3 business day.

If no problem, we will initiate a refund and inform you with email. You will receive a full refund within 30 days.

If the product is damaged, we will mail to you and provide the proof image. If you confirmed, we would initiate a refund.  

You will receive 70% order amount within 30 days.

The refund will be processed back to your original payment account.

 

Cancel Order

1. If you cancel order before delivery, mail to us at admin@thenordicwood.com, include your email, order number. We will initiate a refund and inform you with email. You will receive a full refund within 30 days.

 

2. If you cancel order after delivery, you can follow the return procedure above.
