30 Day “No Questions” Asked Return&Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchased ring or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of your delivery date. If you find it necessary to exchange or return your purchased ring, the return must be processed according to our return policy which is outlined in more detail here Return&Exchange Policy

Here are no fees or other hidden additional charges. All we ask is for you to pay the shipping to send it back.

120 Day Perfect Fit Guarantee

If the ring does not fit send it back and we will send you a second one for free. All you need is to pay for the round-trip shipping cost of the ring.

Lifetime Warranty

  In the rare event, your ring becomes damaged in any way we will replace it for free in the first year. The only thing you have to pay is the shipping to send it back. 

IF YOUR RING IS DAMAGED AFTER ONE YEAR

 In the event of damage to your ring after the initial year, we offer a replacement option for a nominal deductible of just $45.00. This will entitle you to receive a brand-new ring, and there is no limit to how many times you can utilize this warranty.

 

WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY PERIOD BEGIN?

The 30-day return, 120-day ring exchange, and warranty periods commence upon your receipt of the ring. 

OUT-OF-STOCK RINGS

If the ring you ordered is unavailable when you request an exchange or resizing, we will permit you to select a new ring of equal or similar value. This warranty applies to the original purchase.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  1. Lost rings: The warranty does not cover the loss of your ring.
  2. Ring alterations, including engravings or any other modifications

Note: In no case shall The Nordic Wood or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death.  Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
